Virtual Q&A via Instagram
Due to works in the Gallery, this month we are jumping back online for our Last Fridays program. From the comfort of your own home, enjoy a virtual Q&A with the artist Bill Henson and Newcastle Art Gallery Curator Sarah Johnson. Ahead of the event, you can ask Bill Henson a question via our Instagram story. You can visit the Gallery in person from Tuesday – Sunday, 10am-5pm. See our current exhibition: BILL HENSON: The light fades but the gods remain on display until Sunday 16 May 2021. A Monash Gallery of Art (MGA) travelling exhibition curated by Pippa Milne​. This exhibition is complemented by a selection of thirteen works of art from 1974 – 2006 by Bill Henson from the Newcastle Art Gallery collection.
