In this introductory session, international Qigong Federation instructor Amanda Heidke from The Tai Chi Centre presents a special class for beginners and intermediates. Benefits from practicing Tai Chi are a clearer and more relaxed mind and a greater ability to deal with difficult situations with less stress and anxiety. Held in the Gallery space during the early morning, this special access session is a great way to kick off your weekend.

- Wear comfortable clothing and flat soled footwear for balance and stability.
- Bring your own water bottle, please be aware food and drink are not permitted in the exhibition space, however a designated drinking area will be available where you can also store your belongings during class.
