8.30 - 9.30am
1 hour

Bookings required, limited availability
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness

Tai Chi Qigong uses slow sets of body movements and controlled breathing to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength and overall health. Discover this ancient and calming art in a special introductory lesson presented in the exhibition BETWEEN TWO WORLDS.

In this introductory session, international Qigong Federation instructor Amanda Heidke from The Tai Chi Centre presents a special class for beginners and intermediates. Benefits from practicing Tai Chi are a clearer and more relaxed mind and a greater ability to deal with difficult situations with less stress and anxiety. Held in the Gallery space during the early morning, this special access session is a great way to kick off your weekend.
