Collection on loan

Newcastle Art Gallery’s loan program is an exciting way for Newcastle to share its significant art collection. Through the program, the collection is viewed and appreciated across Australia as works of art are regularly on loan for exhibition in regional, state, national and at times, international galleries. The consistent request for loans highlights the reputation and strength of the Gallery collection, as well as promoting the city of Newcastle as a vital cultural centre.
